Hi, I’m Alicia Connors

Health Coach. Transformational Eating Practitioner. Massage Therapist. Former 3x CrossFit Games Athlete. Dark Chocolate Enthusiast. Coffee Activist.

I teach women how to attain and maintain their physique goals using sustainable and flexible tools and strategies that compliment their lifestyle, capacity, and what they actually enjoy doing!
